No he's been stealing from everyone on this site can't u see?? he print it and add some contrast or lines with 6b look at all his work I know he steals!!! one artist told him to remove and he did so fast!!!
Thanks I did the shading with a 2B mechanical pencil, which has a finer tip than normal pencils.
As for the shading, I don't really know how to explain except by saying it's a matter of closely observing the water's tones and controlling my strength and evenness as I shade. The control and strength part comes with experience.
The importance is to capture the varying dark and light tones and not missing out any detail. That helps to create the illusion of depth.
